Immigration exams are typically not covered by insurance, and payment is due at the time of service.
We accept most major forms of payment, including HSA/FSA.
Once your labs and results are complete, we will prepare your I-693 form and seal it in an envelope as required by USCIS.
You’ll also receive a PDF copy for your records and will have the opportunity to review everything before we seal the envelope.
The immigration medical exam typically takes 15–20 minutes.
Absolutely not. You’ll first meet with Dr. Rajput, who will review your history, order the required blood tests, and recommend any necessary vaccines based on USCIS guidelines.
