Immigration exams are typically not covered by insurance, and payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major forms of payment, including HSA/FSA.

Once your labs and results are complete, we will prepare your I-693 form and seal it in an envelope as required by USCIS. You’ll also receive a PDF copy for your records and will have the opportunity to review everything before we seal the envelope.

Only one visit is needed at our clinic. Follow-up communication will be done via email or phone, and once everything is complete, you'll return briefly to pick up your sealed I-693 form.
