No, fasting is not required for the labs we perform as part of the immigration medical exam.

• Yes! We offer live, HIPAA-compliant remote interpreter services in all languages. • Interpreter support is available only during the medical exam via a secure connection between the doctor and patient.

• Immigration exams are typically not covered by insurance, and payment is due at the time of service. • We accept most major forms of payment, including HSA/FSA.

• Once your labs and results are complete, we will prepare your I-693 form and seal it in an envelope as required by USCIS. • You’ll also receive a PDF copy for your records and will have the opportunity to review everything before we seal the envelope.

The immigration medical exam typically takes 15–20 minutes.

• Absolutely not. You’ll first meet with Dr. Rajput, who will review your history, order the required blood tests, and recommend any necessary vaccines based on USCIS guidelines. • We’ll guide you every step of the way.

• Only one visit is needed at our clinic. • Follow-up communication will be done via email or phone, and once everything is complete, you'll return briefly to pick up your sealed I-693 form.
